Afshin Fatholahi is a veteran healthcare operations executive with more than two decades of experience leading mission-critical support services and patient-facing functions inside complex health systems.
As Vice President of Support Services at Cottage Health, a leading not-for-profit health system on California's Central Coast, Afshin oversees the operational backbone that directly shapes patient access, service delivery, and overall care experience. He has built a proven track record managing high-volume, high-stakes environments where efficiency, responsiveness, and patient satisfaction are non-negotiable.
At TechStrata and ORiele.ai, Afshin serves as Executive Advisor for Healthcare AI Transformation, guiding the strategic direction and real-world application of AI workforce solutions across healthcare. His focus is on helping healthcare organizations move beyond AI exploration into practical, scalable execution — particularly across non-clinical operations such as patient communication, call center services, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
